Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells!

Winter is here!! We have snow on the ground and lovely tempetaures of -20 with the wind chill. It's so cold!!!!

I don't like the cold but I have had some fun times so far this winter.

We had a church Christmas party and my brothers myself and some of our friends had a fun snowball fight in the church parking lot. I was the first girl to join in and then this one other girl also joined in. We had a blast! I luckily didn't get to much because the boys would try to block me from the snowballs. Which was fine with me because I was not dressed for the cold. I had on a sweater and a dress with leggings...and my highish heeled boots. Defenitely not snowball fighting clothes...

But that didn't really stop me...my boots were soaking and I couldn't feel my fingers for half of the fight but it was amazingly fun.

Has anyone gone Christmas caroling? I am hoping to go this friday with some friends. It should be fun. Hopefully it is 20 degrees or more instead of negative. We had a 40 degree day a few days ago and we were all saying how warm it was! Where I used to live that was considered frezzing! =)

How is the weather where you all live? Is it freezing or semi warm? do you have snow on the ground or are you still praying that Christmas morning you might wake up to find the world draped in a white blanket?

Wether it is warm or cold or you have snow don't forget the true meaning of Christmas.

Christmas is about our Saviors birth...and it is about giving and not only reciving.

Halloween Time!

Happy Halloween everyone!

Fall is at it's fullest right now with all the tree leaves yellow orange and red. And some have tottaly shed their garments and stand bare waiting for winter to come and pass. And as a part of fall out come costumes, pumpkins, and yummy baked goods.

Halloween is this weekend and I am excited! I don't like the goblins and evil surrounding the holiday but I love dressing up in a costume and trick or treating. And ok I will say that I do enjoy a haunted house. =) And I love the smell of baked goods and the sight of pumpkins on the doorstep. But the thing I like the most about halloween would have to be spending it with friends and family.

This year I am going to either be a pirate (again) or a fairy...I'm not sure witch though. I need to go to my friends and see about a dress for the fairy or else I will be a pirate. (my favorite cosutme!)

I am 17 but I still have to be careful. (no I'm not to old to dress up and go trick or treating! lol although I don't trick or treat that mucj anymore.)

Don't go places with out someone
check your candy before you eat it!
If you have little brothers or sisters that you are going to be taking trick or treating be very watchful.

Independence Day
